We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Growth to lead our company’s expansion efforts. The Director of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention & revenue growth across all channels but most importantly through our Membership program.
This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive strategies regarding the membership program’s current state, value proposition, membership benefits, onboarding, retention initiatives & more.
